Yes. Circus9 magnetic building tiles are BIS certified and made from non-toxic ABS plastic that is BPA-, lead- and phthalate-free. The magnets are sealed inside using ultrasonic welding and metal rivets, so they stay enclosed during normal play.
What age are the magnetic tiles suitable for?
Ages 3 years and above. Always supervise young children, and keep all magnetic tiles away from children under 3 years of age. Choking Hazard. Small parts. Not suitable for children under three years.
What if a child swallows a magnet?
It's a medical emergency. Seek immediate medical help, even if the child seems fine. Don't wait for symptoms. The product contains small magnet(s). Swallowed magnets can stick together across intestines causing serious infections and even death. Seek immediate medical attention if magnet(s) are swallowed or inhaled.
